Payment methods accepted: credit card (Visa/Mastercard), cash or EMT.

We require a 25% deposit in order to hold your reservation. This deposit becomes non-refundable 28 days before the reservation. The deposit is refundable if you cancel more than 28 days prior your reservation. If you need to change dates before 28 days, and the days are available, it can be done without charge.

The full amount of the rental and the security deposit is due 14 days before the rental pickup.

All rentals are subject to an additional 12% tax (5% GST and 7% PST).

A $2000 damage deposit is required and a Boat & Equipment Rental Agreement and Release must be completed and signed before taking possession of the equipment. Currently this must be pre-authorized on a Visa or Mastercard, and it is mandatory that the cardholder be one of the people that signs the rental contract.

Responsibility for all rental equipment remains with the customer from pick-up to drop-off.

No refunds will be given if the equipment returns early, unless it is a result of legitimate mechanical breakdown caused by normal wear & tear, not by damage incurred by misuse.

For each day each rental property is late, the penalty is calculated at double the daily rate.

Equipment is sent out clean and is expected to be returned clean. A $50 cleaning fee will be added if equipment is returned dirty. The cleaning fee will automatically be added to all wall tent rentals unless the wall tent is returned in impeccable condition.

You must be 25 years of age to rent trailered boats, and 21 years of age to rent everything else.

Boats are only insured for use in B.C. and Alberta, and only for navigable lakes and rivers. Absolutely no salt water use except for the Super Vee!

Boats are insured for pleasure use only.

We reserve the right to refuse service.

By signing the rental agreement, these terms and conditions are understood and agreed to in addition to those set out in the signed Boat & Equipment Rental Agreement and Release contract.
